Wildlife, landscapes and photographic moments from Tanzania

These films bring together photographs and sequences created during journeys through some of Tanzania’s most distinctive natural regions. They show more than individual animal sightings: they reveal changing light, seasonal landscapes, animal behaviour and the atmosphere of being in the field.

Each region has its own visual character. Nyerere is shaped by rivers and channels, Ruaha by baobabs and dry wilderness, while Ndutu and the southern Serengeti are transformed by the Great Migration calving season. Tarangire, Lake Natron, Ngorongoro and Mkomazi offer entirely different photographic environments.
